How have I changed and grown over my time at GCP?

Wow when I really think about it I have changed a lot over the years at GCP. I remember in 6^th grade where I was very shy and didn’t talk as much during the first couple of weeks. Then as the year progressed I had some troubles with how confident I did grow. I think somewhere during the middle of the year I had gained to much confidence which caused me to make some bad decisions and some mistakes.

I also remember my 7^th grade year which I would count one of the worst school year since I’ve been in school. I felt like I was on a roller coaster one minute I was up and the next I feel back down again. It was a very confusing year where I made a lot of mistakes and learned who was really a true friend and who wasn’t. Though I did have a few good points where I can say that was the road I should’ve stayed down but no one is perfect so what can I say. Last year I was more focused on being accepted by everyone rather than being accepted by myself if you know what I mean.

Wow I think my finale year was the best, this is where I did most of my growing up and after a year like last year I learned who was real and who wasn’t and what was good to do and what wasn’t though I did have a bump and that was normal for me you could never learn unless you’ve made a mistake. Though I can count this year as pretty good I mean I made a lot more friends and they have been a consistent help in my development as become a mature young woman, and they have been there through both my highs and lows and I love them for that.

Bloopers: The best part of 6^th grade was the camping trip where the boys came back with this weird story that some man was in their cabin and Pierre was so scared he almost cried and none of them would get up I remember Marquese told me he held his pee that whole night…lol

The best part of 6^th grade was when we were at the pizza shop in New York and me, Keaona,Marcie,and India made a bet on who can eat the pizza with a lot of spices on it well there really wasn’t a winner but we all had heartburn that night…love you guys no matter what.

The best part of 8^th grade on a personal level was growing up to be the sophistated young women I have become though there is still room for improvement but with people like the one’s I hang around now I know I can become a strong and independent woman.

I just want to see what you think… I mean to me I think it can go both ways you have people that are more laid back and still have alot of confidence but then you have people like one girl in my pride at school that enjoys talking about people because they don’t have what she has or they look different and its very annoying but who knows everyone isn’t the same and people act different ways based on how they were raised.

everybody’s bad and everybody’s tough
but how many people are intelligent enough
to open up their eyes and see through the lies
discipline themselves, yourself to stay alive?
not many
That’s why the universe sent me today on this stage
with this to to say
the rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer
and in the final hour many heads will lose power
what does the rich versus the poor really mean?
psychologically it means you got to pick your team
when someone says the rich gets richer
visualize wealth and put yourselves in the picture
the rich get richer, cause they work towards rich
the poor get poorer, cause their minds can’t switch from the ghetto
let go, it’s not a novelty
you could love your neighborhood without loving poverty
follow me, every mother, father, son, daughter
there’s no reason to fear the New World Order
we must order the whole new world to pay us
the New World Order and the old state chaos
the Big Brother watching over you, is a lie you see
Hip-Hop could build it’s own secret society
but first you and I got to unify
stop the negativity and control our creativity
the rich is getting richer, so why we ain’t richer?
could it be we still thinking like ?
educate yourselves, make your world view bigger
